How to Return
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your fabric you can return it up to 30 days from purchase for a refund. (return delivery address below)
- Please contact us first, before you return your fabric,
- The fabric must be in as new condition and it's original purchase length. ie; not cut.
- The refund excludes the original delivery charge. The customer pays for the return post.
- If the wrong fabric has been sent or if there is a fault in the fabric, please contact us for a free return postage label.
Faulty fabrics
- Please inspect your fabric when it arrives and contact us immediately if you discover a fault. No refunds or exchanges will be offered, if the fabric has been cut.
