Returns and faults
We want you to be completely happy with your fabric, and we’re always here to help if there’s a problem.
Checking your fabric
- Please inspect your fabric carefully as soon as it arrives and before it is cut or made up.
- If your fabric is being sent directly to a curtain maker, upholsterer, or workroom, please ensure they check the fabric thoroughly before cutting.
- Once fabric has been cut or made into curtains, blinds or upholstery, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Returns
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your fabric, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Please contact us before returning any items.
- To be eligible for a return: The fabric must be in as-new condition and its original purchased length (uncut)
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs
- If you have received the wrong fabric, or if the fabric is faulty, please contact us and we will provide a free returns label.
Faults
- In the unlikely event that your fabric has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible and before any cutting takes place.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide: Clear photos of the fault
- If a fault is confirmed prior to cutting, we will of course arrange a replacement or refund.
Colour & natural characteristics
- We do our best to ensure colours are represented as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and the nature of woven fabrics, slight variations in colour and texture may occur.
- Some fabrics may include natural characteristics such as slubs, flecks, or slight irregularities in the weave. These are often part of the design and are not considered faults.
