How to place your order 

• You can purchase fabric in three different lengths; By the 'Metre', '1/2 Metre' or 'Sample'.
• Use the drop down menu on the fabric page to choose which length you would like to purchase in. 
• Please note: All orders 'By The Metre' and '1/2 Metre' will be sent in one continuous length.
• See below examples. 
• 3 x 1m  = 3m 
• 3 x 1/2 m = 1.5m 
• 1m + 1/2m = 1.5m

Dispatch Times 

• We aim to dispatch Royal Mail orders same day (if ordered before 10 am) or next working day.
• Larger courier (Parcel Force) orders are usually dispatched next working day.
• If we anticipate a delay in dispatching your order we will notify you asap

Delivery Costs 

• Delivery costs are based on the weight and length of your order apart from samples which are sent free of charge.
• Delivery costs are automatically calculated after inputting your delivery postcode and clearly visable before any payment is required.  
• All delivery times are an estimate not guaranteed.  
• A 'Click and Collect' service is also available which is free, please get in if you would likie to collect from NW10 7LQ

• Royal Mail 48 - £3.99 (2 to 3 working days from dispatch)
• Royal Mail 24 - £4.99 (1 to 2 working day from dispatch) 

Parcel Weight (0.351 kg - 2 kg)

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £4.99
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £5.99

Parcel Weight (2.1 kg - 3.0 kg) 

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £5.99
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £6.99

Parcel Weight (3.01 kg - 4.0 kg) 

• Parcel Force 48 - £7.49 (2 - 3 working days from dispatch) 
• Parcel Force 24 - £8.49 (1 to 2 working day from dispatch) 

Please note: All fabric orders for above delivery options are folded.

Parcel Weight (0.5 kg - 20 kg) - Roll Delivery

• Parcel Force 48 - £13.99

For orders over 4.01 kg roll delivery is the only option however if you prefer your fabric not to be folded ie; for velvet orders, you can choose delivery on a roll for any size order. 

Please Note:

• Unfortunately due to new EU GPSR regulations we are no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland.
• For Isle Of Man, Jersey and Guernsey orders you will need to change the Delivery Country accordingly and additional charges may apply. 
• We reserve the right to use different carriers for your order without notice, if we feel they can provide a better service for your order. 
• All delivery times are estimated, no refunds are offered for late delivery.
